The manufacturing plant is located in Ningjin of Shandong Province 'Hometown of Elevator' and 50km away from Jinghu Expressway and 100km from Jinan Yaoqiang Airport.Company invested 60 million RMB in 2008, built plant area of 89 acres, an area of 26,000 modern factory. Employee enrolled nearly 200 people. It has 80 engineers and technicians and 30 senior quality controllers. The company has also introduced a large number of international advanced equipments including numerical control laser machines, imported numerical control machining center, imported bender, imported plate shearing machine and large-scale chalk line.
Based on the solid comprehensive production advantage in mechanical and electrical products of Fuji Group, the company applies the advanced Fuji electrical components of modular structure into the elevator control system to equip the elevator with the features of safety, reliability and environmental protection. It now manufactures passenger elevator of standard machine room, small machine room and machine-room-less of variable frequency, voltage and speed, passenger-goods elevator, hospital bed elevator, residential elevator, panoramic elevator, escalator and moving walk. It can also customize various kinds of non-standard elevator according to the demands of customers.
Company invested 216 million RMB in March, 2010, and go on the second phase of the expansion project, with a area of 150 acres. Office building has a area of 5,000 square meters, 40,000 floor space. Elevator testing tower has a height of 100 meters, the annual production capacity is 6000-8000 units.
